One. . .Two. . .Three. . .

The end of our fiscal year means one thing: Inventory! Inventory involves a group effort on everyone’s part to get the plant floor ready for counting. Then several employees from each department begin the task of accounting for each screw, weatherstrip, box, and so much more! It’s a busy few days, and we couldn’t do it without everyone helping.

“It really is a team effort. Thank you to everyone that stepped up to make inventory successful!”

Working together to combat COVID-19

Dunbarton employees continue to work hard through this pandemic to make sure our customers get what they need! We’ve implemented extra sanitizing measures to make sure everyone stays safe and have had several employees step up and volunteer to help clean and sanitize! We are working as a team to get through COVID-19! Our volunteer cleaning group of employees have even nicknamed themselves “The Corona Destroyers!” Thank you to all our wonderful employees for being a part of Team Dunbarton and for working so diligently!

March Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our March Employee of the Month, Zach McNealy. Zach works 2nd shift in our Fabrication Department. His supervisor nominated him because of Zack’s dedication. He comes to work, gets the job done and is always willing to do what is asked of him. He is an excellent example of an employee doing what it takes to get the job done with a great attitude and smile on his face. Zack hasn’t missed a day of work yet, and we’d be lost if we didn’t have him on 2nd shift.

All we can say is WOW!

WOW is the perfect word to describe what we experienced at the WOW Southeast event! We were able to impact over 5000 8th graders in our area by showing them what we make at Dunbarton, telling them about our awesome employees, and how they too can make a career with us one day! We met aspiring mechanics, welders, artists, chefs, and healthcare professionals! Thank you Southeast World of Works for letting us be a part of this year’s event!

We had a solution!

We always love hearing great things about our employees! Genna at Door Products wanted to say Thank You to our finishing department for going above and beyond the normal call of duty to solve a wood door staining issue from another vendor. Genna was approaching a hard deadline on the State of Florida Attorney’s office remodel. Thanks to Gary Strickland and Chance Zamora for working through the necessary process to correctly stain the doors so we could offer Genna a solution. Due to this group effort, Genna met this deadline!
